Callik Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Callik’s platform, website, and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using Callik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

\"Platform\" refers to Callik’s website, mobile applications, and related services.

\"User\" refers to anyone using Callik, including Designers and Customers.

\"Merchant\" refers to individuals or businesses selling products on Callik.

\"Customer\" refers to individuals or businesses purchasing products from Designers through Callik.

\"Products\" refers to clothing, accessories, or other items listed on Callik.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a guardian.
  • Users must provide accurate account information and maintain its confidentiality.

4. Account Registration

  • Mechant and Customers must create an account to access full services.
  • Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Callik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Merchant must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and delivery timelines.
  • Products must meet quality standards and comply with local and international laws.
  • Merchant are responsible for handling production, packaging, and shipment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide correct shipping information and ensure timely payment.
  • Returns or disputes must follow Callik’s Refund and Dispute Policy.

7. Payments

  • Payments are processed via approved gateways.
  • Callik may deduct service fees before releasing funds to Merchant.
  • Currency conversion charges may apply for international transactions.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on Merchant location and shipping method.
  • Callik is not responsible for delays caused by Merchant, logistics providers, or customs clearance.

9. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Disputes will be resolved through Callik’s internal dispute resolution process before involving external legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Merchants retain ownership of their product designs but grant Callik a license to display and promote them.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content from the Platform without permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false, misleading, or counterfeit products.
  • Using Callik for illegal activities or money laundering.
  • Harassing or defrauding other Users.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Callik provides the Platform \"as is\" and is not responsible for losses from product quality, delayed deliveries, or third-party actions.
  • Callik’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User in the last 30 days.

13. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled according to Callik’s Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.

14. Termination

Callik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and applicable international trade laws.

16. Amendments

Callik may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform updates.
